This peptide corresponds to the membrane-permeable sequence designed from the carboxyl terminus of Gα subunits targeting G protein subunits. This is a membrane-translocating hydrophobic sequence derived specifically from the h-region of a signal peptide sequence of K-FGF (Kaposi fibroblast growth factor).
