Penetratin-Arg , derived from the 3rd helix of Drosophila Antennapedia homeodomain protein, can permeate cell membrane at low micromolar concentration without significantly affecting membrane.It contains a nuclear localization sequence and facilitates internalization of cargo into living cells.
