Angiotensin II Acetate

Angiotensin II is an octapeptide that produced from angiotensin I after the removal of two amino acids at the C-terminal by angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE). Angiotensin II is mediated by AT1 and AT2 receptors, which are seven transmembrane glycoproteins with 30% sequence similarity.

Deslorelin

Deslorelin is a gonadotropin releasing hormone super-agonist (GnRH agonist) also known as an LHRH agonist. It stops the production of sex hormones (testosterone and oestrogen). It is currently approved for use in veterinary medicine and is used to induce ovulation in mares as part of the artificial insemination process. It is also used to stabilize high-risk pregnancies, mainly of livestock. Enfuvirtide

Enfuvirtide is a 36 amino acid peptide corresponding to a region of gp41, the transmembrane subunit of HIV-1 envelope protein. It belongs to the therapeutic class of fusion inhibitors and acts by binding to gp41 and impeding the conformational changes in gp41 necessary for fusion of the virus with the cell.

Abarelix

Abarelix is a synthetic decapeptide antagonist to gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH). It directly and competitively binds and blocks the gonadotropin releasing hormone receptors in the anterior pituitary, which inhibits the secretion and release of the luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). For men, the inhibition of LH secretion prevents the release of testosterone. Therefore, it can relieve symptoms associated with prostate hypertrophy or prostate cancer.

Elcatonin Acetate

Thymopentin, also known as TP-5, is a synthetic derivative of thymopoietin, a thymic hormone, and has immunoregulatory properties. Eptifibatide Acetate

Eptifibatide, is an antiplatelet drug of the glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitor class. Eptifibatide is a cyclic heptapeptide derived from a protein found in the venom of the southeastern pygmy rattlesnake (Sistrurus miliarius barbouri). It belongs to the class of the so-called RGD (arginine-glycine-aspartate)-mimetics and reversibly binds to platelets.
