Marizomib is a naturally-occurring salinosporamide, isolated from the marine actinomycete Salinospora tropica, with potential antineoplastic activity. Marizomib has been used in trials studying the treatment of Cancer, Melanoma, Lymphoma, Glioblastoma, and Malignant Glioma, among others.
