The synthetic peptide (with an extra Asp in N-terminal) does not detectably affect any of the nAChR subtypes tested (alpha2beta2, alpha2beta4, alpha3beta4, alpha4beta2, alpha4beta4, alpha6/alpha3beta2beta3).
