Creative Peptides has a fast and high-throughput parallel peptide synthesis platform. We are committed to providing high-quality random peptide library services according to customer needs. Our synthetic random peptide library provides a flexible choice from crude products to 98% purity.
Introduction
The design of random peptide library is designed to replace selected amino acid residues simultaneously and randomly with 20 natural amino acids through shotgun approach. Our scientists can also design random libraries with specific physical and chemical properties to produce random peptide libraries with defined sizes and properties for target identification and drug discovery. Random peptide libraries excited by natural toxins or bioactive peptide have attracted much attention because of their great advantages as screening resources and physicochemical and pharmacological properties.
In order to prepare a random peptide library, random sequences are bound to specific positions in the scaffold (e.g., fibronectin, protein A, and Ankyrin, or Lipocalin). All of these proteins are soluble and thermostable, and the yield of recombinant expression is very high. Similar to minimized antibodies, initially selected proteins are usually further adjusted through engineering called "maturity" to improve their properties, such as affinity and specificity.
