An analog of kisspeptin 10, and an antagonist of kisspeptin receptor (KISS1, GPR54) that inhibits kisspeptin-10 stimulation of inositol phosphate (IP) (IC50 = 7 nM) and release of gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH).
