Buserelin Acetate

Buserelin Acetate is an agonist of gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor(GnRHR). Buserelin is a synthetic luteinizing hormone–releasing hormone (LHRH) analog.

Terlipressin Acetate

Terlipressin acetate is a vasopressin analogue with potent vasoactive properties. Icatibant (Firazyr) is a synthetic peptidomimetic drug consisting of ten amino acids, and acts as an effective and specific antagonist of bradykinin B2 receptors. It has been approved in the EU for use in hereditary angioedema, and is under investigation for a number of other conditions in which bradykinin is thought to play a significant role.

Fertirelin Acetate

Fertirelin acetate is a potent LHRH agonist. After a transient increase, continuous administration results in downregulation of LH and FSH levels followed by a suppression of ovarian and testicular steroid biosynthesis.

Angiotensin II

Angiotensin II human stimulates sympathetic nervous stimulation, increases aldosterone biosynthesis and renal actions. Angiotensin II human also induces apoptosis.
