Alarelin acetate

Alarelin acetate is a synthetic LH-RH agonist, and stimulates the release of FSH and LH from the pituitary gland. It is known for its induction of ovulation and used to treat endmometriosis.

Angiotensin II

Angiotensin II human (Angiotensin II) is a vasoconstrictor that mainly acts on the AT1 receptor. Angiotensin II human stimulates sympathetic nervous stimulation, increases aldosterone biosynthesis and renal actions. GnRH is synthesized and released from GnRH neurons within the hypothalamus. The peptide belongs to gonadotropin-releasing hormone family. It constitutes the initial step in the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis.
