Teduglutide

Teduglutide is a polypeptide consisting of 33 amino acids. It is glucagon-like peptide-2 (GLP-2) analogue that is used for the treatment of short bowel syndrome.

Carbetocin is a long-acting synthetic agonist analogue of human oxytocin, with antihemorrhagic and uterotonic activities. It has been approved in the EU for use in hereditary angioedema, and is under investigation for a number of other conditions in which bradykinin is thought to play a significant role.
